Bah. Cain is such an over-used name in entertainment media

I always find it a bit tricky to picture fights for Snake Eyes against DCU or MU streets, but here's my thinking:

I'm not sure who David Cain is, but I'm assuming he's the run-of-the-mill trained-since-birth to be an assassin/ninja/chef that is such a popular cliche in comics. Snake Eyes has a similar background, but he also has carries guns. If Snake Eyes is using such weapons then he should take it. If not, then it could go either way since they are both (I'm assuming) trained ninjas - what's the difference between one ninja and another? Mind you, I don't know where that thinking leaves Hand and Foot ninjas.
