Based on the casual shutting down of Doom's armour as seen in the scan below. That's some uber anti-tech... erm.... tech right there.

For anyone interested, the story ended with the Leader basically out-maneuvering Doom and capturing him. About time old big head got some respect amongst the top brains.

Banner keeps on pushing back the frontiers of credibility with his improvised technical mastery all of a sudden.
