He seems to be able to shrug off High end energy attacks! I think He took one against Thanos's ship with Iron-man or somthing, anybody know what i'm talking about? I think that may have been at least death star worthy.
Besides that has'nt he taken blast from celestials? He seems capable of taking this! I mean the death star is a world destroying blast but still! what do you guys think?

I thought of Thor right away. I know he doesn't have the general "hard" durability of Superman clones, but his energy resistance has been insane at times. He did, in fact, take a direct hit in the face/chest from Thanos' ship, the deflection of which took out Iron Man and Mar-vell. He was knocked out but otherwise unscathed. As you also cited: he took blasts from the Celestials, without catastrophic injury, that were knocking chunks off of the All-Asgard Destroyer earlier in the same story. Among other impressive instances, he was not visibly burned (but merely dehydrated) by Superman's sustained heat vision and not disintegrated (but merely skinned) by the Destroyer's disintegration beam.
Depending on what principle the Death Star beam works on, I believe it's possible for Thor to survive with severe injury.
