Overcharge . . . I get it.

Can Mr. Terrific have access to Checkmate for tournament battle purposes to raise his cache? Or does that take him beyond Enhanced Meta? Or maybe, through Time Travel, I could have both Terry Sloane and Michael Holt and count them as one EM?

Also, Dark Horse had an Incredibles series back in '04 I think, and Disney has made various comic books featuring the Incredibles as well.

Yes, they did not start as comic characters, but I'll change whatever you see fit that I should change.

I think that this would be a little  too orthodox and access to Checkmate sounds a bit too nebulous to give you the green light.  I also have to respectively decline your request to get more characters to add up to an EM.  This might have been a good suggestion for tournament rules, but I think it could be too easily construed as unfair this late in the game.  Of course, you can still have Terrific if you'd like, but if not, the only advice I can think to offer is to think of an EM character that approximates him.  If you private message me, I can help you brainstorm if you'd like.

No, I have no objection to Mr. Incredible whatsoever.  He may have started as a movie character, but (1) the Incredibles is heavily steeped in comicbook mythos and (2) it was incredibly popular, so I think it's a more reasonable expectation that a broader group of people will be well-acquainted with Mr. Incredible than some obscure character often drafted  that had something like 3 appearances in the eighties  Guardians of the Galaxy  series, or some such other obscure character will snazzy powers.
