Drax has pretty much nailed it.

Someone on Luke Cage's level probably has a good chance against Bumblebee, or Ravage (or the other tapes), but is going to be a mere annoyance to Huffer or Prime, or (heavens!) Omega frikkin' Supreme.

Ask yourself who you've seen in comics either wreck or throw a vehicle. Physically, that's all one is up against when fighting most Transformers. Yes, there is the fact that these vehicles can fight and think and shoot lasers, but in terms of getting wrecked by an opponent's strength . . . Blitzwing is a tank (1/3 of the time), and Hulk hates tanks . . .
Individual Transformer vs. Superhero fights would garner more specificity from me at least.

"Realistically", Spidey should be able to throw Hulk like a ragdoll through the air, as he certainly is strong enough to do it, but that never is the case, as the class 100+ guys seem to have the mass of a neutron star. IE, whenever a weaker opponent tries to punch/throw/move them, they appear as immovable.
Anyhow, if the old and newer Marvel-Transformers crossovers are anything to go by, the most powerful Transformers would give most of the top tiers a good fight.

Never forget
