He was down for a prolonged period of time. Enough at least for Hephaestus to get there and make an analysis. That is several seconds at least is not longer.

Never said otherwise. It's clear, however, that he wasn't KO'd by the blast, and appeared more or less fine after a few seconds to regain his senses.

Which paints a completely different picture than we had at the end of #621, which suggested Hulk was out for the count. That conclusion prompted comparisons with Thor's showing vs Zeus' lighting. It seems now that those comparisons were premature, as Thor went down for several seconds whenever hit by Zeus' lightning before regaining his feet too.... and Hulk took a MUCH bigger bolt than Thor ever did.

And I didn't see shrug off another. All I saw was Zeus put on a light show for the Hulk. It didn't seem to strike him or effect him. Zeus was just being theatrical.

Disagreed here. Looks to me like Hulk is clearly being hit by something in the first panel of the "light show".

Hulk pretty much admitted he didn't stand a chance against Zeus if Zeus used his other powers. He didn't question Hera. So this can be read two ways. One can see this as either dumbing Zeus down to fight the Hulk's fight because Hulk can't beat him at full power, Hulk able to take him at full power but using tactical thinking to goad Zeus into playing his game, or some combination thereof.

I don't think it can really be read in the second way unless one is reaching pretty hard. As you pointed out, Hulk pretty much flat-out conceded he couldn't hope to win against Zeus bringing his full power-set to the battle after the first lightning strike.
