He'd lose a slim majority to most I think. It would depend on how much his healing was played up that day, but the level of skill these guys operate on any average day is so far above the supposed-to-be-skilled actual top-tiers it's crazy.

He might punk Daredevil with a thunderclap and maybe Mr X because he is a chump and Hulk's psi-resistance is good. He would take a respectable percentage of wins from going nuts from frustration and smashing up the ground or thunderclapping to gain an opening and then pummeling away, but a class 100 Captain America, Iron Fist or Mantis type is a really scary opponent.

Although I guess it does depend on how you define top-tier level physicals. My answers are assuming elite class 100 strength, Thor or Herc level ish.

No matter how strong they are HULK will get stronger, he cant be beat hand to hand in long drawn out battle, they maby able to ko him but than what happens when he wants a rematch and he's madder than before? I say they beat him if they do it quick but if they let Hulk stay in it, well he's just gonna keep healing faster and get stronger faster! They can score some wins I say 4/10 Hulks special plot device strength increasing power makes sure of that. And thats how I feel his fights with Thor and Herc would go. BOTH Thor and Herc are Martal artist in there respective fighting styles. Put them in a adamantium cage set rules and put them up against those amped Heroes and they do a pretty good job. imho. Lets not forget Thor as a mortal hung wit Cap more than once.
