Like Wolverine disemboweling the hulk (utterly ridiculous that it happened, btw) while barely making a scratch on Thor (same should have happened to the hulk).

That's a stupid game we could play ad nauseum thanks to decades of mismanagement and truly disgusting forays into unimaginative farces like Beyonder and Molecule man.

A track record of inconsistency puncuated by pure tripe is not one that anyone can refer to with any certainty.

We can, however, look at how these characters were created and the intentions of the writers who defined these characters.

That really is an absolute truth.
