Terrax...He is constantly underestimated. He doesn't seem to be powered down anymore like he was during the 90's Surfer run when he lost to Morg, but he did however put up a good fight. Terrax did destroy a planet in the Heralds of Galactus mini. I think its safe to say hes a top end herald once again. IMO if Morg was still around and they fought, it could be anyone's game.
