You have very good feats on which to showcase for Herc, but so many Stories are lost, destroyed or inconsistant, that Thor is lucky to have to have the stories he has, so I am not getting into it, as it stands Herc has more to go with. Still Thor was said to be the Strongest of Gods and men and I doubt any viking would believe Hercules was stronger or even be impressed, and I doubt the a greek would be with Thor,.

Moving islands really aint much to one who lifted the Midgard Serpent and the Sun was attached to a chariot in the norse myths, it would hardly be impressive to them. I would'nt doubt that a viking hearing Hercules hold the heavens, they would say something pretty much equal if not greater for Thor or just laugh and dismiss the argument all together, i'll pass on this debate

Than Thor does. I know most of the Greek myths survived in comparaion, but you can simply select a very few and note that Heracles had not only comparable stuff he seemed to have bigger stuff. There is a reason why in the western culture most modern superstrong characters follow up the iconic image of holding the globe from him and Atlas.

Your whole answer seems to be about the vikings pov...hmm well, I am neither Greek or Nordic so...for example among the Haitain culture there is no harness moving the Sun, so Maui doing it himself with his bare hands is most certainly impressive, whereas a viking would laugh at it or not.

Just saying.
