Quote:Why? The clone is exactly Thanos, so in terms of power, it's the same. And while both are powered up, the clone is even more powered up.
Where is that stated? And the clone lost his power up before he was beaten
Quote:During the battle, Thanos destroyed Thor's magic shield too. Thanos lost his power-up because Thor overcame powered-up Thanos and destroyed the Illumination Stone. It's still a clean victory.
No, it isn't. And Thor was losing when he grabbed the stone and crushed it.
Thor was still amped by belt of strength when he beat Thanosi AFTER destroying the stone. So no, it isn't a clean victory at all.
Get your facts clear.
Quote:It's canon in the sense that after all this happened, King Thor went back in time and gave current Thor all the memories of what happened in order to prevent this future, and so for canon Thor to have these memories, these events actually had to happen the first time around.
Quote:In an alternate future, not the 616 version. And Jurgens explained that he had some of his odin force.
Quote:It's an alternate future stemming directly from 616 that happened, the memories of which 616 Thor retained. Also Jurgens said this to appease some Hulk fans who objected. There is not even a hint of this being the case in the actual comic.
No, its an alternate reality altogether after King Thor journeyed back in time.
You may as well use What Ifs for debate.
Quote:Because he has never been shown that powerful?
Quote:Sure he has. He's been shown to be just as powerful as Superman, something Superman himself stated..
No, he has been not shown as powerful as Superman. He gets lip service like J'onn does.
In performance though? Superman all the way.
Quote:PAD made a rule in that comic if the character was pinned for even a second, he would lose. Cap wasn't worried about losing to Thor, he was worried about getting pinned. That's why Namor lost to Aquaman when he got pinned by a whale.
Quote:Getting pinned equates to losing to Thor based on the rules of the fight, so he was going to lose to Thor if he didn't turn into Billy, and he lost anyway when he turned into Billy.
Yes, he lost by the rules. Not because Thor beat him. Get it?
And he wasn't going to lose by Thor's hands.
