Terrax tried to hide from Galactus inside a huge one, with no problem...showings all over the place. The point remains that all of the 'herald levelers' in the MU, and many of the 'near herald levelers' have planetary and above feats. They also have lower end showings.

Even Shilo Norman, Mr Miracle stayed in a huge black hole for seven days. Even random black lanterns survived the supermassive black hole in REBELS.

And Superman had no problem staying in a black hole that was dragging the whole multiverse down in Final Crisis.

If you want to go by space cheese, neither company holds out particularly.

DC doesn't tend to have as many low end showings, that is true, but conversely Marvel has some truly absurd feats, like a Hulk Thunderclap destroying a pocket universe, or Thor handily absorbing a blast that would have destroyed 1/4 of the universe.

And DC has some of the most absurd showings ever like Hal Jordan creating universes out of sheer will, Superman, Captain Atom, Donna Troy as a darkstar and The Ray pumping out enough energy to recreate big bang itself in Zero Hour.

Or Supermen of the multiverse dragging out the entire multiverse out of Darkseid's singularity.

Merged Hulk was also featured in an even armwrestling contest with the Thing...was he holding back, I would hope so. Yes, he handled some villains more easily than Hulk, but seemed to have more trouble with Thor, at least in the Hela instance.

That was just a comedic scene. Merged Hulk flat out no sold the Thing which savage never seemed able to do.
