I'm not sure why Access literally says that he needs to bring one hero who could stop that fight if anybody and their mother can do it?

Pretty simple. He met up with Superman during this UAccess and the earlier DC/Marvel Access (and not Black Lightning) and brought in the missing JLA member he remembered.

Uh-huh. He didn't meet Electric Superman in either crossovers.

Superman around the time of UA was ES. Even in the scan you posted, Access states he didn't know he'd ever be used to the current version of Superman, so he knew about the change.

He was running around trying to recruit characters. He even appeared in GL 86 trying to recruit GL against Juggernaut.

But even if he knew about the change, it doesn't changes that he specifically brought a hero who could stop both the teams.

Reed is talking about normal Superman there.

Except his statement was after Galactus gives Superman the Power Cosmic. In this What If story it is possible that reality has no Super clones. Considering Reed has witnessed greater feats of power from Gladiator.

His statement about herald Superman is that he is the second most powerful being in existence. That statement was about normal superman.
