nope, in Justice League 23.1 Darkseid betrays and syphons the powers of the Old Gods when they die or when he kills them, and Izaya gets the rest gifted to him so that they are evenly matched. No mention of his father Zonuz is ever made. Also, it's a story in which he later goes around the multiverse killing all the Supermen he meets, so it doesn't help make your point now, right?
