again, depends on how its depicted. Also recognize that the Hulk has had a remarkably good history of tagging speedsters.
Hulk is generally more durable, and if he's not downed relatively quickly, he'll recover, and it all scales with anger. Its perfectly feasible for Supes to go hard early, think he's finished the Hulk, only for the Hulk to climb out of the crater he's in, stronger than before, fully healed, and get in his own set of shots.
Generally, if Superman uses his full power set effectively, he should be the favorite IMO....but not really that big of one, because at the end of the day, strength and durability and ability to withstand damage seem to be the most effective, at least in the comic book world.
The way Superman usually fights, I think it probably slightly favors the Hulk.
Superman stronger though at the start, and the Hulk will match him in time, and Superman moire hard durable, and his spped i slike the Flash, nothing that the Hulk can really deal with at full tilt!
