      That's a great showing. I actually prefer a Hulk with high durability and lower healing (still superhuman, but not Wolverine level), rather than the other way around.

    Anyone can take one showing and extrapolate it out of proportion. Hulk has been punctured and impaled with spears as well:

I never take one reference as the be-all end-all; I try to factor in everything I've seen, good, bad and indifferent. But as individual references go, a weakened Hulk shrugging off adamantium bullets was a nice one.


      As I said, I could see those two being flipped around.

    Before you change your mind, here's an example of Surfer and Thor taking the same blunt force damage as they bounce across the Martian landscape. Thor fares better.

Heh. Part of me suspects that's a bit of bravado there. I'm minded to think that Surfer has tougher skin than Thor, but that Thor has more heart and tenacity.
