That's skyfather level power right there if fractured parts of his being can overpower Superman, THE benchmark for all top tiers.

As I stated earlier, I haven't read the previous issue. This issue however has Sinestro fight Parallax for HOURS to a standstill. That is anything but skyfather level power.

The entities need a host to exert their power. It has been long established.

You say that, and yet Parallax is exerting power fighting Sinestro without a host. And now that I have read the previous issue, I see again you've been misleading by not revealing that Superman was sucker punched, not once but twice, in his fight with Parallax. So it's hardly a good showing for Parallax. Furthermore, we see hostless Parallax physically attack Superman, so again exerting power without a host.

Now, this is just getting silly as you're trying to ignore the rules placed on entities to make them look bad. There was no depiction of Parallax acting without host. Sinestro was trying and failing to absorb Parallax in the ring.

Hostless Parallax only tried to take control of Superman.
