As for Thanos withstanding the scream, I thought BB’s powers were diminished due to the Terrigen bomb explosion..

The Terrigen bomb explosion was triggered by Black Bolt's first scream, which Thanos took. It was Black Bolt's subsequent screams which were greatly diminished in power, which Thanos also took. It should be noted that Hickman seemingly rated Black Bolt's voice much lower than most writers. Under Hickman, Namor also took Black Bolt's voice and it didn't even ko the Sub-Mariner.

Yep. Unless Black Bolt can control the intensity of his powers, that was one of his worst showings ever. Namor was also stabbed and thrown off the ship and still survived. Everything about that scene was wrong, especially how they tried to eliminate Namor. Almost forgot about that.
