    Quote:
He is shown rubbing his jaw. Superman is just saying 'he will live', not questioning it..

He did add "I think" to the statement. And Wanda is touching his jaw. Thor is touching Wanda's hand. Looks like Superman is having his jaw rubbed.

    Quote:
Busiek also said Superman is stronger than Nefaria but that doesn't counts eh?

When he shows Nefaria no selling Thor's hammer and tossing the Avengers off of him like nothing, that contradicts his statement.

    Quote:
In this case, it is. He stopped Thor's strongest hit and overpowered Thor.

He doesn't overpower him. A welter weight boxer can knock out a heavy weight boxer if he hits him right. That doesn't mean that he overpowered the heavy weight. Blocking a blow does not equate to overpowering. That is never shown.

    Quote:
Superman had to go all out to kill Doomsday and that didn't happen with Thor.

Of course it did. He was abnormally agitated and aggressive and his universe was at stake. He had a flat out evil look in his eyes.

    Quote:
Superman didn't need help and Thor didn't take out J'onn as per Busiek.

J'onn was taken down and was out of the picture for a while.

    Quote:
Thor said nothing in nine realms could stop his hit. So Superman is above Surtur and Odin, eh?

Thor never completed his statement. His very next word could have been "besides". And Surter and Odin were dead, thus no longer existing in the 9 realms.
