No, it took two to knock him down. There is no suggestion that he was collapsing.

Except for the actual art. It very much shows him collapsing after a blast and two hits.

You mean in what is shown on panel. We never see them getting up. We see them up. You have no knowledge of who was up first. Thor was out easily ten seconds after Thor, so Thor could very well have been sitting more than 10 seconds before Superman comes to.

Yes there is since Thor got koed first and then was up at same time as Superman.

Again, you have no panel showing them getting up at the same time. Thor is already up and we see Superman being helped up. That leans more toward Superman getting up after.

Of course he was, that's why he wrote the scene.

Then that's why he wrote the fight in the Savage Land; to give Superman the benefit of the environment. His statement that Superman's strength is related to "his tan" supports this.

You're taking a comic written a decade later as a proof now?

Did not both happen in continuity? You never apply an event in one book to something that happens in another?

    Quote:
I'm not taking wild shots to show why Thor losing to Superman isn't him losing to Superman or how Superman was amped in savage land based on a comic written a decade later.

Who said that Thor didn't lose? Haven't you claimed that Galactus was amped in Annihilation? Again, don't be hypocritical.

We know Superman ko'd Thor

We know Superman fought the Avengers and it took multiple high end heroes to take him down. Some say 5, you say 2.

We know Superman and Thor go to fight Krona at the same time, with Thor saying he will fight only if Superman can.

There is no rhyme or reason why Thor would sit on the floor if he could fight.

Not only did Superman ko Tho, he was up and fighting at the same time. Therefore less recovery time needed by Superman.

Assuming your argument is valid, which is only supported by your one own voice and not by Occum's Razor, the only reason would be that Thor was being a coward.
