Then how is that Thor fans get up in the arm at slightest mentions of Superman beating Thor as if Thor doesn't has much more humiliatibg defeats other than losing to Superman.
Because you misidentify the source of the umbrage. Thor fans don't get upset so much over Superman winning one fight. Thor fans get upset over the conclusion made by Superman fans like you that the one fight means that Superman always wins in every fight against Thor. You can see that in Bk Ray's rhetorical question of why would any crossover feature them fighting ever again because it would just show Superman winning every time.
Unless there are any contradictions between both characters, why would we think otherwise?

    I rest my case.

And what would that be? Nobody is saying Superman beats Thor 10/10. Just that he is a clear favorite and is far stronger by their fight.

You're essentially saying that the fight doesn't matters at all.
