And? Moon Knight is street level. The very fact that you're comparing him to Namor shows he wasn't as powerful as when he was taking on entire Avengers team simultaneously and overpowered Thor.
Quote:I'm not sure who wrote the issue, but I have read it and in it, Nefaria beats up Moon Knight the same way Sub-Mariner was creaming Daredevil in their famous fight. Moon Knight was all but beaten until Thor and the Avengers show up. And if it was Bendis, it's still not an excuse for Nefaria any more than Thanos' low showings under Bendis are excuses for Thanos. Different writers write different characters differently.
You're taking an analogy too literally. Analogies are by nature similar but different.
Quote:It is not a high showing for Thor, it's a very low showing for Nefaria.
Yeah, it is a low showing for Nefaria, apparently by a writer who doesn't care for him much, but it's still a canon showing. That's the thing about canon. You don't get to pick and choose. Busiek wrote the Thor-Superman fight and he's a writer who has never cared much for Thor and typically wrote him with low showings too.
