I can't keep up with what's going on here...but it seems to me that Darkseid has a bigger plan that he doesn't want to risk not completing... as opposed to him being worried about the justice league.

Yes maybe justice league would have given him a great fight...but if you are Darkseid and have 9 out of 10 of your goals completed and the 10th is not fighting justice league...then why fight them
