Under Walt Simonson yes the Destroyer can come back but under Aaron its toss of  the dice. Thor hasn't even gotten his own arm back so I would hold my breath on that.

Under Simonson she should die because Odin and the other Asgardians died when the Celestials melted the armor down in issue 300 but Aaron doesn't really follow past stuff. Also Aaron is having the Destroyer burnout life forces when they enter into the armor. The armor is also looking more and more like the movie version in appearance and power (watered down).
