No, Darkseid just takes a few steps before Doomsday emerges from the rubble.
And? It was a loss by counting if you want boxing terms.

Yeah, because in boxing, you get buried by buildings all the time!

Its a clear loss by any means. In fact Doomsday's bio in countdown shows the time Doomsday has died and it shows the Darkseid conflict suggesting Darkseid actually killed Doomsday who resurrected to become even more powerful to defeat Darkseid.
"Suggesting"? No, it's you doing the suggesting. Doomsday doesn't die and revive right away. Doomsday was dead for a long time after Radiant killed him. Doomsday was dead for a long time after Superman killed him. Doomsday was dead for a long time after Imperiex killed him and in that instance was only revived by Lex Luthor much later.
Doomsday's regeneration time gets shorter every time he regenerates. After DOS he regenerated within a few days. This time he regenerated almost immediately. Doomsday remained dead after OWAW. Lex only created a Doomsday clone.

You just contradicted yourself. Doomsday "resurrects" immediately from Darkseid's attack and he never comes back to life after OWAW. Some regeneration! No, you're just making up stuff again. No one reads Hunter/Prey thinking Darkseid killed Doomsday except you.

Imperiex was far beyond skyfather level. It took Eternity level Kismet merging with Superman to just breach his armor which contained another big bang. Imperiex would kill Odin or Galactus the same way.

Yes, yes, we get it. You think Darkseid is more powerful than Odin and Galactus. You think Doomsday is more powerful than Odin and Galactus. You think everyone in DC is more powerful than Odin and Galactus. I mean you're on record for thinking Odin is a weakling, so we know where you stand.

I'm talking about how you took Darkseid losing to Doomsday and Doomsday being a peer to Superman at face value but rejects it as soon as it comes to Thor. I'm not taking anything in that interview seriously. It's you who is taking one part of the interview as truth and rejecting another part. Stick to it kid.

I'm just playing devil's advocate here. I already stated from the start that I don't consider interviews canon. The only time I think they're useful is when the author clarifies vague points. I'm being consistent. You've used interviews plenty in the past, but all of a sudden you don't believe in this one. How convenient.

What Jurgens says in interviews and shows in comics are two different things. As you say interviews are irrelevant.
You're right that I don't take interviews seriously. I made that caveat from the start and just posted this interview for people who do. And YOU are one of them as you often cite interviews as supporting evidence. Of course now that the interview blatantly contradicts you, now you want to say it's irrelevant. So are all the interviews you've used in the past irrelevant too?
You say you don't take the interview seriously? Stop arguing about it as if it's proof then.

See, I just proved once again that you just cherry pick what counts for you.
