Maybe when he built that suit from scaps he was that weak..thatg suit lasted an issue or two?

All-New OHOTMU A-Z #12 (Dec. 2006) had the vison at Class 50 at Maximum density so he wasnt class 90 from the start. The Ironman listing was bogus and it was later corrected but at the lowest - classic suit was no lower than 50 tons and that was his base back then. without external power sources.
