Even when you're watching the video is obvious enough that the kid is doing something to annoy Tigger. If you look at it, it almsot looks like the kid is trying to pull down Tigger's zipper.

Speaking from someone who's been a professional mascot (sad I actually admit that), it looked like Tigger was trying to hit the kid's hand off the back of the Tigger head. The guy playing Tigger was probably afraid his mask was going to come off, and he probably accidently hit the kid's face (and not very hard, mind you).

I think the parents are going a little overboard with the situation.

Again, do you realize how hard it is to (1) determine the individual distinctnesses of people, (2) intentionally find a girl's breast when posing for a camera, and (3) feel anything remotely sexual while stinking in your own sweat with large, bulky gloves on, when you're wearing a mascot costume?

You just kind of swing your arms out, put them around any body near you, and look in the general vicinity of the camera while not thinking about your nose itching or your sweat getting in your eyes. Sex is about the least of your concerns at that point. People assume you are out to get them, but in reality you really can't tell who specific people are. No love for mascots, I tell ya.
