A week ago, congress pass a law that says that americans can't
smoke in public places anymore.

Have you guys experience that sort of thing taking place in
your city/town?

Will you break that law anyway because how ridiculous it is?

And most importantly, how are you able to convince congress to overturn
this law?

Actually its a good law, why should I have to be subjected to your smoke in a public place? Non smokers have the right not to have to breath second hand smoke.

I can not stand to walk out of a store and someone is standing right by the door smoking, so everyone has to smell and breath in their smoke. If smokers were more considerate of others there would be less of these issues, but considering most only care that they should have the right to smoke when and where the please, that they do not consider what their smoke does to people who don't smoke and shouldn't be subjected to their habit.
