The majority of people in the states are Christians. Not sure if it's 70%, or maybe 80%. Anyway, if you want to see how they dress, simply look at any tv show, movie, or pictures from the U.S. . . . (No, not a period piece. \:P Anything with a contemporary setting.)

Not trying to dodge your question. Simply pointing out something you might have either not realized, or forgotten.

I think all religious people believe in modest dress. Of course, it's not a law, like say in predominately Muslim nations, where you would be whipped, beaten and even killed. The more you go west, south, the more Conservative. It's like someone once joked, the US is like a roof, all the fruits and nuts roll to the edges. This is why you'll find alot more different dress in New York and Los Angeles, than in Kansas, Oklahoma or Idaho.
