Yup, it was saju jirugi. As I said - I simply got totally lost while doing it \:\) It looks like I'll have to try practicing it at home.

One of my problems seems to be that I'm really poor at understanding and copying the movements I'm being shown. I need to practice them slowly to get them correctly. Unfortunately, my trainer likes working fast, so I can't keep up with all the various things he makes.

If you mind me asking - do you know any basic stretching exercises I could do at home or as a warm-up before the class? I could use them, because at the moment I'm really... unstretchable \:\)

Also - how could I work on my basic fitness at home?

> If it's not a challenge, ther's no point in doing it! You have to work on your strengths and weaknesses. It WILL come together.

I figured as much, but thanks for motivating me \:\) I admit that I felt a little down recently.

I have a question regarding the 'hurting someone / getting hurt' anxiety I mentioned. Did you experience anything like that? Is it a natural thing to have, or does it mean I'm not cut for martial arts?

I didn't realize I'd have this problem before I started training. Then, one day our trainer (who is both taekwondo-trainer and judo-trainer) started to teach us some judo throws. It was fun \:\) But I also had this fear that I could break something while falling... or break *someone* while throwing him or her. And since then, I kind of wondering whether I'd manage to take part in a sparring... I don't know, is that normal?
