I freely admit that I wasn't very good at sports in the past. I got some really terrible grades in sports during highschool - and I've stopped working out regularly about 7 years ago. Still... I'm surprised at the level of my own ineptitude during those taekwondo trainings. My flexibility sucks, I can't coordinate my moves at all - and I have this slight fear about hurting either myself, or the people I train with. And yes, I'm attending the beginner level class - still, everybody else in the class seem to be way ahead of me.
