I thought McCain won. He controlled the entire debate, forcing Obama to talk about what he wanted to talk about. He was on the attack for most of the night, gave exact answers while Obama didn't, and said the things that he needed to say "I am not President Bush".

I agree with this guy who gave the win to McCain. He gave the previous debates to Obama, so you can't really cry bias.

I think the debate helped McCain out a little, but not enough to really change anything too dramatically. He has a tough three weeks ahead of him.

And once again, Obama has been misleading on his relationship with Ayers. Ayers basically launched him into the Chicago political arena. I was reading this article about how it's not the relationship that is so important, but the fact that Obama continuously lied about it. He even lied about White too.

If by "controlling" the debate you mean he ducked and ran off to talk about Joe the Plumber incessantly than I guess you have a point.

If you really want to talk about lying then we should look at how McCain lies about...practically everything from misquoting Obama's plans to the surge's success.

Obama isn't misleading. Ayers wasn't the best man at his wedding or anything. He's worked with him in the community and Ayers has helped Obama's campaign. Big fucking deal. It's nothing more than a distraction from the issues and you know it. Considering all the lobbyist who run McCain's campaign and the ignorant racist that show up at his speeches (and probably make up a good chunk of his numbers) I think we can forget about a reformed terrorist and a eccentric reverend.

Oh wait, I forgot, ACORN! The same group McCain is associated with...
