> The problem I have with 90% of atheist and theist is their habit of finding proofs where none exist. An atheist beleive there is no God while a theist beleive there is one. The theist say you can't proove there is no God therefore there is one while the atheist say the absolute opposite and claim lack of proof of God is a proof there is none. Both are illogical statements if use as 'proof' because they are not proof. Absence of proof isn't a proof of the opposite. Never. If such proofs were to exist we would not be talking beleif but knowledge. Being a theist or an atheist means you make the choice of beleiving in the presence or the absence of God(s) without having any proof. Beleif never requires any proof.

I'm not sure if they can be counted as true atheists because it seems like they may be likely to change their mind back. Plus, if they are mad at God, don't they at some level have to believe there *is* a God to be mad at?

I am one of the people you seem to think doesn't really exist. I don't even believe in souls. It's funny because I've had several people tell me in the last few months that they thought that I wasn't really an atheist. What does one say to that? I guess they'll just have to take it on faith.
