I believe it depends on the situation, for example take a calm, quite man with no violent tendancies and put him in a situation where he has to fight for his life...The term people will use is " He just snapped " but in reality his survival instincts kicked in and he will attack anyone even a friend who is trying to help him.

Actually I think I did bring this up at one point....Will the further Evolution of the Human race allow us to use more of our brain power allowing us the powers of Telekinessis or telepathy?

Nah.If anything,we may have devolved from a race of humans that might have been capable of those abilities..Maybe.
