So... why I still cannot find any sort on employment..?

No idea, simply because I don't know the exact specifics of your situation.

Three things I would recommend:

1) Seek out employment placement professionals who will go out and find you a job. Depending on your experience and desires, they can be a tremendous help. They can also give you help in becoming a better applicant; help you with your resume, help you answer potential questions, etc.

2) Seek out temporary employment. Part time jobs work, and are sometimes easy to find. Another example is temping, where you work full time on a temporary basis. The pay may be low, but it's something. You gain experience, and if you do well, your employer might hirer you full time. Just being an intern might be something you may want.

3) Get out of the house. This is a big problem for the long term unemployed. Volunteering is a great option, as it looks good on your resume. It's also really hard to get rejected. When you do interview for a job, they are going to ask you what you did in that 10 month period. Whatever you say has to sound good, no "I was playing on the internet for most of the time".
