As a non Christian, Muslim or Jew- Jesus has no relation to my religious beliefs. However I find it interesting that he is depicted as white man in most images I have seen of him. As a Palestinian Jew surely he would have been arab looking? What do other board members think?

I'd like to say this as a believer:

In terms of an earthly, physical appearance while He walked the earth, He probably had a general appearance that wasn't too different from the majority of other 1st century Israelites living in the region. He didn't stand out from the crowd. The descriptions given of Him in the Bible relate to how He appeared during dreams, visions, and so on... AFTER He went back to Heaven.

Regardless, under the lens of God's viewpoint, the rest of us, regardless of race or physical appearance, are all sinners in need of salvation. Human nature is universal for all races, tribes, and nations.

Thanks for putting up that great discussion, and have a great day.
