The FBI has declined to get involved saying they dont have jurisdiction, the FBI doesnt have jurisdiction and they are a FEDERAL agency??????Correct me if im wrong but didnt the FBI send investigators to Aruba to look for Natilie Holloway? OK all of this is fine and good, if the media doesnt feel that her disappearance is worthy of coverage thats fine. But remember this, I found out about this case by reading a black newspaper, so the next time should anyone feel the need to ask the question "Why do you all need black newspapers, are BET, or Ebony Magazine", or "why do you always talk about racial stuff" you'll have your answer, peace.

It's been that long since Michael Jackson? Sad.

How does the FBI work? Obviously it's easy to see their coverage of international cases, since no other agency would cover that. Even in national cases.

But for local cases, where there is no evidence of any crime being committed nor evidence of anything happening across multiple states, when do they intercede? Does a local agency have to request them? Can individuals make the request?
