And its rather sad and heartbreaking. Don't get me wrong I don't think by default men's lives mean less (being one myself \:P ), but this disparity shows yet another deep problem that exists in this part of the world. Whether it is social, happenstance, planned, survivalist, etc...women and children are suffering even more.
