Fantasy Worlds are a problem since human are usually at the bottom of the barrel unless they are rich or wizards. Plus, I would miss modern amenities like medical care and indoor plumbing.
Many sci-fi worlds have the same problems as modern earth (or worse) despite the technology.
Star Trek is a socialist utopia with universal healthcare. Everyone is pretty much the same class. And from what I've seen even if you are not a scientific genius you can still make a pretty good living.
So I would choose Earth of ST: TNG. I would take myself along with my close friends and family.
ST Earth would be my first choice too. My only fear is whether or not my psyche (which is used to society defining itself as much through misery as happiness) would be capable of adapting. This isn't to say that I'm miserable or would seek out misery, but I imagine that as novelty over what's essentially a perfect utopia wears off, the sudden culture shock of the new zeitgeist would be quite steep.
