This was an example of the conservative court not giving a crap about intent or plain meaning. It was very strange.

Not sure I agree with this. Some do, but it is a pretty out there concept. It is not what the second amendment is about. It could never even partly be about that. Unless you want to take it so far as to assume it legalizes insurrections.

The current one? Sure, but they were elected in the system we have (good or bad). We should stick to the standard methods of removing them from power. Given various factors, it is more difficult than it should be but not impossible.

The issue, to me, is not so much abuse of power per se but the indifference of even pretending to pass major legislation through normal order and making a show of getting other views involved. Apparently that died when Trump was elected. Been used before, but never to this degree.
