When considering doing anything wrong, you have to ask yourself whether you can live with the consequences if you are caught. Will you bring shame upon yourself? Will your wife or child be ashamed of you and look at you differently? Will you damage your reputation among your friends, at work, or in your community? Are you fine with paying a fine or going to jail? Obviously lots of people think they can get away with it (think of all the sexual harassers who have come to light recently), but clearly a lot of people don't.
