I'm just wondering, with all of these sexual harassment allegations (Which I don't entirely believe.) coming out against musicians, entertainers, actors, etc, is it possible to enjoy their work after these alleged accusations? I would say that it is possible, but sometimes difficult. I think of Mel Gibson, for example. People thought that he was finished after his anti-Semitic rant was publicized, but he did make a comeback (Although it did take a few years.). And Hacksaw Ridge was a big hit. I'm sure that there are still some people out there who won't see anything else that he does or appears is, but I think that in his case, it certainly is possible. I also think that sometimes controversy like this causes an increase in sales and the like. I would say that Kevin Spacey (If everything turns out to be true.) and Louis C.K are tougher to overlook. I certainly don't think that shows, movies, etc should be canceled just because of some allegations. After all, OTHER people worked on those shows and films as well. And a HECK of a lot of musicians have had legal problems, but their music still sells. So yes, I think that might be what we need to start doing.

what did they do and what an individual puts on what they did. It is easier to sort of overlook Gibson more. Not that it is right to do so but guys behind the camera are not always as visible. Actors are front and center.

After some period of time they will show up again.

It is an interesting point right now, as many of these guys will keep making movies. In the past, say an actor or director made a bunch of films and it later turns out they did something. It seems a bit easier to sort of overlook than it does in the current situation.

That said, I think it will be brushed over to varying degrees. At least by certain populations.
