I'm still pretty sensitive from losing both Bowie and Prince in the same year. I still cry about it now and then. And then to have Carrie Fisher finish the year on such a horrible note (her mom was sad too, but I didn't feel as connected to her). Ugh! Screw you forever, 2016!

I still cry over Robin Williams, as well.

It all comes down to how much time I have to prepare for the loss. If someone is reported to be sick for a while, then it softens the blow. Chris Reeve was tough, but his injuries did help soften it.

Michael J Fox's death is going to wreck me, regardless of prep. Despite his illness running on for decades, I think his might be the worst. I've been such a huge fan of everything he's done, and he seems like nothing less than a very genuinely good guy.

Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford are going to be horrible.

Stevie Wonder is going to rough.

Billy Joel, too.

Ellen DeGeneres' death might be extremely awful unless there's a lot of time for me to prepare myself.

Maybe some of those 1980s Brat Pack actors would get me sad for a while.

Christina Applegate, maybe.
Neil Patrick Harris, probably.

Johnny Depp, a little bit, but much less after recent stuff.

Winona Ryder, maybe.

Keanu? Sure.

All of the Huxtable kids.

Sting: I'm a huge fan, and he always seems so virile. Unless something drastic happens in the meantime, his death would be difficult for me.

Living in a Beatle-less world is going to be sad, but at this point, losing Paul and/or Ringo won't bite as much as John. I think Lennon was the first celeb death that really "devastated" me. I was 15 and just walked aimlessly around the school playing Beatles songs in my head all day, getting zero work done.

Losing Nichelle Nichols is going to sting, and I know it's coming based on her recent health stuff. She was my first ever celeb crush. Since I was 3 years old, I've been completely enamoured with her. She's still on my "Freebie List" (see, Friends episode), although it's mostly symbolic at this point.

Pauley Perrette and Aisha Tyler would be extremely tough. They're on that List, too.

Janet Jackson would hurt a lot.

Any of the Star Trek TOS or TNG cast would hurt. Avery Brooks might hurt. John DeLancie is going to hurt (not just for Q, but for Eugene Bradford).

Any of the Stargate SG1 cast would hurt a lot, RDA especially (losing both MacGyver and O'Neill at once). Teryl Rothery might dredge up all of that Fraiser stuff again. I still cannot watch that episode.

Lucy Lawless would hurt.

Bruce Campbell, probably.

Any of the Drew Carey Show main cast, especially Craig Ferguson.

Tom Baker is going to sting, because he's still the only Doctor I ever really gave a damn about.

Chrissie Hynde, Joan Jett, Pat Benatar -- my female rocker femmes fatales. Stevie Nicks too. Lennox, maybe, but I don't really have the connection with her.

P!nk is just way, way too young to think about losing (not to mention her fitness level). If it happened soon, I'd probably be affected. Gaga, Aguilera, Stefani, and Alicia Keys, as well. No offense to Britney or any "boy band" members, but I just don't feel as connected.

Melissa Benoist or Chyler Leigh would be very tough right now, them being so young and all and just starting to hit a peak in their lives... and my fondness for the show.

Sad to say, I really don't think Madonna would affect me that much. I'm not that big of a fan, and generally, she comes across as pretty cold to me. Still, it would be sad to lose her any time soon.

Michael Keaton...
Bill Murray...
Dan Ackroyd...
Ted Danson...
Morgan Freeman...
Mel Brooks...
Bob Newhart...

All gonna hurt.
