I assume for that to have happened, the most likely conditions would have been:

The UK entered into a coalition with the Axis powers.

The USA agreed to a non aggression pact. Japan didn't attack Pearl Harbour.

Russia was fought back and whilst not conquered, was in a state of cold war with Europa.

UK coalition with the Axis - not a chance. Best case for Hitler is Britain turns a blind eye on Germany's early conquests after being sold a bill of goods that he's really an anti-communist.

Germany goes into the USSR not as conquerors but rather as liberators, which insights a rebellion in the Ukraine. This leads to a collapse of the Soviet Union from within. Of course the Nazi's would have needed to act graciously rather than as vicious b@stards, which is quite a stretch.

And yes Japan doesn't attack the US. The US takes a "the world ends at our borders" attitude after the bad taste left in their mouth after the Great War.

How different would the world look today?

After a Cold War between the US and a Nazi dominated Europe which eventually leads to the European Hegemony collapsing, in oh roughly 1990 from people yearning to be free, we end up in pretty much the same place we are now in 2018.
