     That almost all mass shootings happen in places where people are defenseless. Sure, there will probably be more accidents if people were armed, but that doesn't change that fact.
The point that you're completely missing is that your "cure" is worse than the "disease."
     It's why you almost never hear about people going into police stations and opening fire, or shootings that happen when there's massive security or lockdowns.
Your solution to gun violence is to arm everywhere like police stations? Greaaaat.

    Also, saying that less guns equal less gun deaths is like saying that less knives equal less stabbing incidents or less drugs equal less drug deaths (And if banning drugs worked out, we wouldn't have the drug problem that we do now.).
And what's wrong with that? Your entire argument consists of privileging ownership of guns over the fact that 30,000+ Americans die from guns every year, a rate far, far higher than any first world country. Is gun ownership worth that to you? 80+ lives a day?
