Noble, to be sure ...but really? You're going to blow your one shot at fixing things on an amendment to let all have access to a failing institution when there are so many other more dire issues?
Yes, I get the inheritance and medical decision making consequences, but still. Term limits, balanced budgets, and a host of others that would effect 100% of the population and you choose this? I don't get it.
I don't see your list of issues to be that important or what amendments are for.
And I'm against term limits.
