    I'm actually not really thinking about the case that inspired this but more service in general. I tend to agree that this case was an overreaction based on the time involved. I was more trying to get a sense if anybody feels entitled to using a business's facilities.

    I tend to consider service in Europe to be laissez-faire compared to the US so wanted to see if it was a normal thing. I have noticed a huge difference in the states between restaurants and fast food. I guess Starbucks are more fast food since you order at the counter?

    Im not sure what we disagree on.:-)

As far as I know if you are in the US and serve have to allow access to the bathrooms. Basic Human rights kinda thing.

I thought it was made clear they were asked to buy something and they said no. Then they were asked to buy something or leave and they said no multiple times. Then they were told the police would be called and they said go ahead. While not violent that is legal reasons to have them removed.
