You also need to stop asking loaded questions. It could make that legal. That does not mean it would happen. It has restrictions that depend on the doctor.
By loaded you mean questions that make you painfully uncomfortable because it exposes you?

I pointed out to you and MysterMan, that there are reasons that a pregnancy would have to be terminated after a given cut-off that are medically valid.

Here's what changed in the New York law that I specified in my original post.
- After 24 weeks, such decisions must be made with a determination that the procedure is “necessary to protect the patient’s life or health.” Previously, abortions after 24 weeks were justified only in cases where the mother’s life was at risk.
Specify what was wrong with the previous law, and what additional "medical procedures" are necessary for late term abortion that the old law couldn't provide assistance for.
