Feel free to detail how Wisconsin laws are lenient towards self-defense claims and how they allowed Kyle to kill in a manner that was not true self-defense.

The two people would not be dead if they had not acted recklessly. Kyle was there to wipe off the graffiti and put the arson out. Had they not been agitated that Kyle was lawfully reversing their lawlessness, they would be alive right now.
