I heavily support telework for anyone who doesn't see customers face to face or perform manual labor that's tied to a location. I was one such person and I teleworked with great success for over a decade. I think managers who fear telework are irrational control freaks.

in some respects he is much in the same vein as Trump. They are not totally the same and I am sure it is a trait of the very wealthy. An inflated view of self worth and that their way is the only way of doing something but hyper sensitive to criticism of any sort or type.

He has a history of being pretty crappy to his own employees anyway and I think there are a few lawsuits pending about racism and other things at the company.

I am all for telework. I think more employers should keep it as a flexibility option. It also potentially saves some money if you do not need as large of a physical presence. Some jobs you have to go in for sure, but alot of jobs could probably be done with some degree of mixing.
